Gleneagle Villas III Unit Owners Association
(GEV III UOA)
The Gleneagle Villas III Unit Owners Association is a nonprofit Washington State corporation located in Whatcom County, Washington. The association was organized to establish an orderly means of operating and maintaining the area within its boundaries. as well as to ensure the continuation of standards for development and maintenance of the properties (see the bylaws, CC&Rs, and house rules). Membership is limited to the owners of real property within those boundaries.
